Thomas Leonard Conner was born in Akron, Ohio on March 5, 1950.  He was the son of William and Cecelia (Fenwick) Conner, and passed away Friday night, February 3, 2017, at The Toledo Hospital.  He graduated from Hoban High School in 1968 and married Karen Storrer on April 2, 1977.  An Archbold area resident many years, he worked at Archbold Ladder 24 years and then at Sauder Woodworking for 12 years.  He loved golfing, playing card games and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; two children, William T. Conner and Melissa Conner, both of  Archbold; four sisters, Nan Jean Neill of West Unity, Susan (Tim) Grieser of Archbold, Barb (Tim) Brown of Ravenna and Karen (Frank) DeCarlo of Akron; one brother, Richard (Shirley) Conner of Tuscon, AZ; a brother-in-law, Danny Adkins of Gay, WV; many nieces & nephews; and great-nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Nancy Jean, Joyce Michel and BethAnn Adkins; and father and mother in-law, Ralph and Erma Storrer.

Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at Short Funeral Home in Archbold with Pastor Erich Christman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Archbold Cemetery.  Friends may call in the funeral home from 4 – 8 PM on Wednesday.
