Gary L. Sears, age 75 years, of Archbold, passed away early Thursday morning, June 9, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was born on November 3, 1946, in Kewanne, Illinois to Wayne and Verna (Springer) Sears.  He married Judy Leupp on June 21st, 1968.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Christopher, Austin (Melissa), and Heather; granddaughter Kendall; as well as his sister Linda Stalter, brother-in-law Paul Stalter, and sister-in-law Kathy Sears.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Verna Sears and his brother Bill.

Services for Gary will be held on Sunday, June 12, at 2 PM at St. John's Christian Church in Archbold with Pastors Erich Christman and Ryan Volkman officiating. The family suggests that memorials be given to Archbold EMS or donor's choice. Online condolences may be left at www.ShortFuneralHome.com .
