Donna May Goehmann, age 98 years, of Harsens Island, Michigan passed away early Saturday morning, April 26, 2014, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home in Archbold, Ohio. She was born January 31, 1916, at Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Otto and Emilie Cleveland. She married Wilbur Goehmann on June 26, 1937, and he preceded her in death on September 14, 1982. She lived at Harsens Island before moving to Archbold in 2010. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Wauseon, Ohio. She is survived by four children, Jacquelyn (Chris) Peterson of Archbold, Daniel (Judy Marshall) Goehmann of Jackson, Michigan, Merlin Goehmann of Hawks, Michigan, and Rodney (Shirley) Goehmann of Rogers City, Michigan, eleven grandchildren; and twenty-six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother (Otto), two sisters (Walda and Georgian) and one grandson (Jonathan). Services will be held on Wednesday, April 30, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, rural Wauseon, with Pastor David Goehmann officiating. Interment will be on Thursday, May 1, at 1:00 p.m., at Grand Lawn Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan. Friends may call at Short Funeral Home in Archbold from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tues, April 29th.
