Edmundo O Villalovos, 96, died Friday January 27, 2017 at his residence.

Proceeded in death was his wife of 59 years, Guadalupe Villalovos.

He is survived by 14 kids: Reynaldo (Joanie) Villalovos, Pete (Deb) Villalovos, Roger (Patricia), Olga (Ismael) Lerma, Robert (Amalia) Villalovos, Eva Cruz, Ruben (Barbara) Villalovos, Eduardo (Jovita) Villalovos, Richard (Karen) Villalovos, Belan Villalovos, Barbara (Rick) Moden, Arlene (Serbando) Laredo, Deb Villalovos, Eric (Brandy) Villalovos. 43 Grandkids, 64 Great Grandkids, 7 Great Great Grandkids.

Born and raised in Granger, Texas. Son of Pedro and Reyes Villalovos. He was a lifelong resident of Wauseon, Ohio.

In his early years, Mr. Villalovos worked for the city in San Antonio, Texas. He met his wife, Guadalupe Villalovos in Somerset, Texas where they married in 1942.

He served as a Pastor for "Church Of The Nazarene" for many years, he also served as a Pastor for "New Hope International Ministries" for 16 years, in Wauseon, Ohio.

Mr.Villalovos had a cat named "Pork Chop" which he loved that also departed in death the same day. Pork Chop was his best friend.

Visitation will be held Wednesday Feb.1st 3pm-8pm at Short Funeral Home 500 N Defiance St, Archbold, OH. Celebration service will be held Feb. 2nd at 11am at Templo Cristiano 300 Park St., Archbold OH.  Interment will follow in the Wauseon Union Cemetery.
