Donna P. Andrews, age 69 years, of Wauseon, passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 23, 2016, at Advanced Specialty Hospitals of Toledo. She was born March 7, 1946, at Pasadena, CA, the daughter of Donald and Pennie (Blaylock) Lieber, and married Michael Andrews on August 21, 1971. She lived at Glendale, CA and Lakeside, CA before moving to Wauseon in 1992. She worked at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA) in California, and was a homemaker. She was a water color artist and enjoyed reading and studying the Bible.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; two children, Nicole (Chris) Samuel of Oroville, CA, and Joshua Andrews of Mitchell, SD; a granddaughter, Nefertari "Tari" Samuel; her mother, Pennie Downing of Wauseon; a brother-in-law, Roger (Linda) Andrews of Coldwater, MI; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

A memorial service will be held on Friday at 3 PM at Short Funeral Home in Archbold with Pastor Roger Andrews officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home for family fellowship from 2-3 PM on Friday.
