Obituary

Deanna Mae Tuckerman, went home to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 26, 2022.

Deanna was born in Wauseon, OH on October 22, 1938 to Dale and Anna Mae (Sole) Siegel.  When Deanna was 3 years old her father passed away and her mother remarried Argyl Detwiler who raised her as his own.

Deanna married Nolan Tuckerman on February 16, 1957.  Together they had four daughters, seven grandchildren, 2 honorary grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Throughout her life, she loved to bake, play piano, making crafts, watch her grandchildren and their sporting events, sewing blankets for all her great grandchildren and absolutely loved spending time with her family and friends.

She worked in the Archbold Schools cafeteria for 30 years and made professional wedding and birthday cakes.  After retiring she continued her love for baking and was known to bring some of her cookies and muffins to local businesses to show her appreciation for their job well done.

Deanna attended the Church of Christ West Unity and attended many of the women's bible studies.

She is survived by daughters Rebecca (Tom) Richardson, Lori (Mark) Johnson, Joy (Todd) Short and Mary Tuckerman.  Grandchildren, Andrew (Karee) Wooten, McCrae (Michael) Kidston, Joshua (Cara) Johnson, Kyle Wooten, Zebb (Christman) Short, Hilary (Austin) Groff, Mariah (Alex) Hurst, Alana Spilman and Max Spilman.  Great Grandchildren, Kenzie, Zayden, Ziva, Korbin, Nolan, Rex, Hadley, Hayes, Noah, Jett and Arlo.  Her sister Karen (Gene) Egger.
