Claudine Nofziger, age 64 years, of Wauseon, passed away Tuesday morning, September 30, 2014, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born July 31, 1950, at Butler, MO, the daughter of Clyde and Margaret (Akins) McCloud. Her husband Gene Nofziger passed away December 8, 2009. She enjoyed camping and collecting dragons. She is survived by two sons, Scott Falke (Nora Rivera) and Ryan Nofziger (Brittany Finney) both of West Unity; two daughters, Crystal Nofziger (Tom Westhoven) of Wauseon, and Amber Nofziger (Dan Rutledge) of Archbold; seven grandsons, Xavier Falke, Jayden Falke, Carter Nofziger, Lincoln Nofziger, Kiki Nofziger, Aiden Rutledge, and Clayton Rutledge; four granddaughters, Ashley Nofziger (Andre Schelling), Melodee Rutledge, Valerie Nofziger, and Addie Nofziger; two great-grandchildren, Averie Marie Nofziger, and Axel Lee Schelling; her fiancé, Don Lucas; 2 sisters, and 1 brother all living in Arkansas. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM at Short Funeral Home in Archbold. Interment will follow in the Tedrow Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 PM on Monday in the funeral home.
